The Coaching Program: Your Path to Sustainable Growth
Embark on your journey to optimal health with my comprehensive coaching program. It all begins with a free initial consultation, where we delve into your health history, identify your priorities, and set meaningful goals tailored to your unique needs. If you decide to proceed with the program, you’ll receive two 50-minute sessions per month, conducted virtually or in person, providing personalized guidance and support every step of the way. In addition to our sessions, you’ll have access to email support between sessions as needed, ensuring continuous progress and accountability. The program spans six months, allowing ample time for real, sustainable growth and lasting transformation.
